Haverford’s Brett Mezrow Highlights Specialty Cars at Main Line Cars & Coffee

You never what you will find at Main Line Cars & Coffee, a free event for car lovers,

Main Line Cars & Coffee keeps outgrowing its space as more and more car junkies show up for the unique show, writes Melissa Jacobs for Main Line Tonight.

The next gathering takes place May 18, 7:30 AM to noon, at 1300 Morris Drive in Wayne.

The free gatherings in outdoor parking lots bring car junkies together to show off their specialty vehicles, both modern and classic.

The venue’s been moved a few times as its popularity grew.

Founder Brett Mezrow of Haverford started things off back in 2021 with 150 cars in the parking lot of SEPTA’s Bryn Mawr station. It was a pandemic project while he was still a junior at the Shipley School.

It’s a local version of Cars And Coffee, which started in California in 2007 and is now an international phenomenon.

In May 2023, he moved it to the Radnor Financial Center, but it was hard to accommodate the 3,000 cars that showed up.

“There’s clearly a market for luxury vehicles on the Main Line,” Mezrow said. “I thought it’d be a great way to get together with other people who love cars.”
