This year, it included 11 companies from Delaware County, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal staff.
Micro companies (10 to 24 employees)

Small companies (25 to 49 employees)
Cantas Construction of Chester, residential construction.
Liberty Maintenance of Essington, home repair and maintenance.
Medium companies (50 to 99 employees)
Brinker Simpson & Co. of Media, accounting.
Dakota of Bryn Mawr, financial, software, data and media.
Evolution Financial Group of Media, financial and investment banking.
GMH Associates of Newtown Square, real estate investing.
Green Star Exteriors of Holmes, home improvement.
Smart Park and Expresspark of Essington, airport parking service.
Large companies (100 to 299 employees)
IMS Technology Services of Garnet Valley, communication technologies.
Workers for nominated companies receive online surveys from Quantum measuring a company’s culture, compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership.
Results are then ranked based on employee feedback in five size categories.
Companies must be headquartered in Greater Philadelphia or have a physical office in the region, and have at least 10 employees.
