One Chester County company has found its place on the recently published Forbes 2025 America’s Best Large Employers List, write Rachel Rabkin Peachman and staff for Forbes.
For the last decade, the publication has ranked America’s best employers based on criteria that include compensation, employee development and advancement, meaningful work, supportive colleagues, and workplace well-being and flexibility. The rankings are created by data from a survey of over 217,000 employees at companies across the country. Companies with 1,000 to 5,000 employees were considered as being midsize.
Wayne-based Teleflex ranked at No. 345 on the list. The company offers medical technology products that help healthcare providers improve patient outcomes as well as improving patient and provider safety.
Teleflex designs and produces single-use medical devices used for common diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by hospitals and healthcare providers in various critical care and surgical applications. The company runs its operations through four business segments: Americas, EMEA, ASIA, and OEM.
Founded in 1943 and currently led by CEO Liam J. Kelly, Teleflex employs around 4,000 people.
