Community groups, organizations, senior living communities, and libraries in Delaware and Chester Counties in need of engaging speakers and presentations have access to a valuable free resource: the Speakers Bureau of Delaware County Community College (DCCC).
DCCC faculty are available to speak and present on a variety of topics, from entrepreneurship to English literature, and digital marketing to depression and anxiety. Interested in history? Book a Colonial militia living history demonstration or take a deep dive into the American War for Independence, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, or the Cold War. Topics also include law in pop culture, Early Childhood Education, school readiness, stress and addiction, strategic planning, and more.
The DCCC Speakers Bureau was established in 1973 as a free public service to assist organizations and groups by providing informative, useful, and thought-provoking presentations. Speakers are available from September through May. Find the full list of speakers and topics, as well as booking information, here.
