Full Time Sous Chef
Dunwoody Village s seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic SOUS CHEF to join its team.
It is hiring a Sous Chef who can bring their passion for great food, teamwork, and culinary experience to its fine dining restaurants.
The Sous Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef but will work closely with all members of the Dining Services team to ensure quality food and exceptional service are delivered to all residents, visitors, and staff of Dunwoody Village.
The sous chef will work in a brand-new state-of-the-art kitchens and dining room venues.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for:
- Managing daily kitchen production and food preparation for on-time service of resident and staff meals
- Directing the preparation and service accuracy for all forecasted menu items to include recipes, proper food handling, food safety, food quality, diet restrictions, and utilizing production forecasts
- Scheduling, training, and management of all culinary and utility staff. The sous chef will be in charge of all culinary functions in the chef’s absence, including staffing, food production, utility, and kitchen sanitation.
- Oversees the organization and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock
What you will need:
- Ability to work a weekend and holiday rotation.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-service experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory and coaching experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Sous Chef experience.
- Healthcare experience is recommended but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred + graduate of a certified culinary program or college preferred.

Full Time Dietary Aide
Dunwoody Village is looking to fill a full-time Dietary Aide position. Candidates must be available to work 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday as well as a weekend and holiday rotation. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar facility.
Diet Aides will be responsible for but not limited to :
- The set up, coordination, and implementation of the resident tray line service to residents in the care center.
- -Hand dips ice cream for tray line, empties care center food carts after meal service.
- -Prepares meal counts, checks census for each tray line, and performs related cleaning tasks.

FT EVS Technician
Dunwoody Village is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Full-Time Environmental Services Technician (EST) for morning shift. Must also be available to work a holiday rotation as needed.
The EST is responsible for providing a clean environment to all assigned areas including but not limited to resident rooms, offices, bathrooms, and/or storage areas.
They are also responsible for the daily sweeping, mopping, and burnishing of the main corridor and resident room floors.
The EST has a strong working knowledge of and can demonstrate sanitizing and disinfection of bathrooms and common areas. Will perform any and all duties as assigned. The candidate must have 1+ years of experience as an EST housekeeper.
Floorcare experience is preferred.
