Hidden Trail Farm in the heart of Northampton Township, with a gorgeous 5,000-square-foot farmhouse, has been selected as the 2025 Bucks County Designer House, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown is preparing for its 49th Bucks County Designer House & Gardens, with the Preview Gala for the 2025 Designer House set for Friday, April 25. Public tours and additional events will take place betwen April 27 to May 25.
An Empty House Party, which offers an opportunity to see the house before designers start their work, is scheduled for February 23.
The beautiful six-bedroom home features a welcoming porch, three fireplaces, and plenty of gathering and entertaining spaces. A custom-designed chalet made in 1992 is also part of the property that includes a multi-story living area and a loft with two additional bedrooms.
The pool and patio area has been recently renovated and boasts a screened-in gazebo and a stunning Koi pond with waterfall.
“We are thrilled to have this very special, historic property as our 2025 Designer House, and are looking forward to sharing it with the public,” said Monica Mosley, chair of the 2025 Designer House Committee.
