The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board (VFTCB) congratulates the Chairman of its Board of Directors, Rick Odorisio, on being recognized in the November Mirror Spotlight by Meyer Jabara Hotels.

Rick has been honored for his exemplary leadership, which aligns with the “Three P’s” principle of the Journey Program: Purpose, People, and Performance. Odorisio’s daily interactions with his team reflect his commitment to empowering others and challenging managers to expand their skills and responsibilities while providing valuable training and support.

Under his leadership, Odorisio ensures that his team delivers outstanding guest experiences, strong financial results, and fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Odorisio’s experience includes extensive senior management responsibilities for properties such as Marriott, Wyndham, Omni, and Hilton brands. He also served as Director of Sales for the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau. Odoriso’s other professional distinctions include being a Chapter President Representative for the Hospitality and Marketing Association International, President of the Greater Philadelphia Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association, and Associate Professor for the Business Department/Tourism and Travel Curriculum at Harcum Junior College. He is a West Chester University graduate.
