Steak Bros recently opened on Oct. 22 at 111 E. Lancaster Avenue, in partnership with Quincy’s Original Lobster Roll, originally from Stone Harbor, New Jersey.

“At Steak Bros, we believe in keeping things simple and letting the quality of our ingredients speak for themselves,” said Nick Berardi, co-owner of Steak Bros and Berardi Bros Pizzeria in Southampton. “We’re thrilled to bring our signature cheesesteaks to Paoli, along with Quincy’s unbeatable lobster rolls.”

As for the steaks, plain and cheesesteaks are available, both of which are served on Sarcone’s seeded rolls. The cheese options are American, provolone, Cooper Sharp, or cheese wiz. Fried onions are also available to top the steak with. Chicken cheesesteaks and buffalo chicken cheesesteaks are on the menu as well.

When it comes to the restaurant’s lobster rolls, Quincy’s utilizes both mayonnaise and butter lobster rolls and also offers lobster salad rolls, crab salad rolls, and lobster mac and cheese.

“Our joint location in Stone Harbor was a hit, so we’re excited to team up again to bring the Quincy’s & Steak Bros combo to Paoli,” Berardi said. “Whether you’re craving a classic cheesesteak or a fresh lobster roll, we’ve got you covered.”
