DCCC’s Live Music Series Presents the Jason Wolbach Group Nov. 13

The Jason Wolbach Group, led by Guitarist Jason Wolbach, will perform Nov. 13 at 7:00 PM at DCCC.

Delaware County Community College will close its fall Live Music Series with a performance by the Jason Wolbach Group on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 7:00 PM at the College’s Marple Campus (910 South Media Line Road, Media).

A dedicated music educator and faculty member at DCCC, Jason Wolbach will present a collection of his favorite original compositions and popular music arrangements, seamlessly navigating genres such as jazz, rock, R&B, and bossa nova. Accompanied by his seven-string guitar, Wolbach will be joined by Greg Paynter on bass, Tom Cullen on drums, and Tony Gairo on saxophone and keyboard. Together, the Jason Wolbach Group creates a dynamic instrumental soundscape that elevates Wolbach’s compositions and selected works through their collective interpretation.

This performance is the second of the College’s 2024-2025 Live Music Series, which continues into the spring. It will take place in the Large Auditorium in the Academic Building. The Live Music Series at DCCC provides musical experiences that enrich the lives of students, faculty, staff, and community. Its mission is to provide events that showcase the highest standards of artistic excellence across a diverse range of genres, from classical and jazz to contemporary and world music.

Tickets are $10 for general admission and are free to students.
