Wild Fork, a national retailer that offers a large variety of meats, made its Bucks County debut last week with its new Bensalem location, writes Michele Haddon for the Bucks County Courier Times.
The store has taken over the former Bar Louie space in the Marketplace at the Neshaminy shopping center.
The small-format market focused on farm-to-frozen meat and seafood offers meats not typically found at local grocery stores, including ground kangaroo, alligator tenderloins, and ostrich filets.
The shop also sells everyday cuts of protein, including pork chops and chicken thighs, as well as specialty meats, such as Wagyu beef and dry-aged T-bone steaks.
Other items available at Wild Fork include oven-ready meals, appetizers, sides, spices, sauces, and desserts.
The store’s grand opening will be held on September 21. In addition to offering product tastings, the store will reward the first 50 customers who make a purchase with a free swag bag. Those who spend $100 or more will be given an opportunity to spin a wheel for a chance at giveaways.
