3 Delaware County Firms Make Forbes Best Employers in Pennsylvania List

Three Delaware County companies made a list generated by Forbes of the best employers in Pennsylvania.

Delaware County has some great employers. Forbes has the proof.

Three Delaware County companies made a Forbes list of Best Employers in Pennsylvania.

Main Line Health, SAP, and Wawa all made the list of 97 companies, with Main Line Health and SAP cracking the top 20 best, writes Rachel Rabkin Peachman for Forbes.

Main Line Health, headquartered in Radnor, ranked 7th. It was founded in 1985.   

The company was listed 436th nationally as Best Employer for Diversity in 2023.  

SAP America, headquartered in Newtown Square, ranked 15th in Pennsylvania. The IT, Internet, and software company was founded in 1972.

It ranked 65th as Best Employer in America for Women in 2023, 70th as Best Employer for New Grads in 2023, 149th as Best Employer for Diversity in 2023, and 80th as America’s Best Large Employer for 2023.

Wawa ranked 85th out of 97 in Pennsylvania as Best Employer for 2023.  The convenience store chain headquartered in Wawa was founded in 1964.

It ranked 363rd nationally out of 400 as a Best Employer for Women in 2023, 231st as Best Employer for New Grads, and 295th as America’s Best Large Employer for 2023
