While there are hundreds of restaurants in the county, a good brunch spot is hard to find. Look for your next stack of pancakes at one of these hits:

EmJ’s Cafe is a cozy, family-run cafe with breakfast and lunch available Wednesday through Saturday. Since 2011, Emily and John Smith have provided Berwyn and the rest of the county with filling omelets, sandwiches, burgers, pancakes, and more.

In Wayne, the Silverspoon saves its brunch specifically for the weekend starting at 11 AM. Executive Chef Brian Ruby has curated the perfect combination of sweet and savory with the many menu options to choose from. Some of the popular choices include an acai parfait, a crab cake sandwich, a caramelized bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and made-in-house desserts.

In business for almost 100 years, this unassuming gem in Phoenixville is known for classic picks like eggs and potatoes, chicken and waffles, and short stacks of pancakes. The G-Lodge Cafe started as a stop in 1928 to get ice cream, fruit, and cider, later opening in 1950 as a restaurant. It was even featured in M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening, in which it was renamed The Filbert for filming.
