Blue Bell native Jack Adler is a matchmaker whose company Out2Win helps connect businesses with influential college athletes for brand campaigns, writes John George for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

“It was really tough for brands to correctly evaluate athletes because there was a lack of information,” said Adler. “We solved that problem by building software that allows you to discover, analyze, and connect with athletes based on their marketability.”

Adler’s Villanova-based company is an outgrowth of the NCAA’s adoption of a NIL policy that allows college athletes to earn money from their personal brands by engaging in activities such as product endorsements.

Adler founded the company three years ago while still a business student at Syracuse University.

“My idea was to build something that made an impact,” he said. “And I love sports – so I knew I wanted to do something in that space.”

Out2Win is a sports marketing intelligence platform that offers information on each college athlete with a social media presence – over 100,000 in total.

“We help brands evaluate athletes as influencers,” said Adler.

Next year, the platform will expand to include pro athletes, high school athletes, and all athlete content-creators.
