Swarthmore, Rose Valley, Nether Providence, Haverford and Radnor all earned an overall A+ score on the top 25 list, and an A+ or An for their schools, according to Stacker.
Swarthmore ranked at No. 4. It also got an A for outdoor activities and a C+ for cost of living.
Its median home value is $504,900.
Rose Valley at No. 6. It got an A for outdoor activities and a B for cost of living.
Its median home value is $679,700.
Nether Providence, at No. 9, earned an A+ for outdoor activities, and a C+ for cost of living.
Its median home value is $400,300.
Haverford at No. 18 earned an A for outdoor activities and a C+ for cost of living.
Its median home value is $413,000.
Radnor at No. 20 earned an A+ outdoor activities, but only a C in the cost of living, reports Stacker.
Its median home value is $762,400.
