CCRES Paraprofessional Celebrates 2-1/2 Years on the Job

Sarah T. recently celebrated 2-1/2 years with CCRES as a Kennett Consolidated School District paraprofessional

Prior to her current duties, Sarah joined CCRES team as a former teacher who spent nearly a decade working with elementary school students, then transitioned to school librarian.

Her principal said her dedication, hard work, and commitment have not gone unnoticed.

She does an exceptional job building meaningful connections with students and staff, treating everyone with kindness and thoughtfulnes.

Sarah can frequently be seen gong above and beyond in her role. She has a great instinct to identify what students need to be successful, implementing it thoughtfully and effectively. 

She provides additional support with the arrival and dismissal schedule,  showing her flexibility and willingness to help wherever she may be needed. 

She is a selfless team members always putting students and the success of the school first. 

Sarah makes CCRES and her school a better place.  She is a valued, appreciated, and respected team member to CCRES and KCSD.

CCRES, which provides behavioral health services for children in Southeastern Pennsylvania, has a range of jobs and careers, from entry level jobs suitable for a high school graduate, up to master degree positions.

The staff has opportunities for paid training and to obtain certifications and college credits. CCRES offers tuition discounts with local and online universities while providing flexible schedules for employees.

CCRES also gives back to the community with a grant funding program.
