A revised plan for a development adjacent to Oxford Valley Mall got the green light from Middletown Township, writes Alex Irving for Levittown Now.

The diversion from the original plan includes a shift from three buildings to two, which is slated to house two restaurants and two retail shops.

The updates would require two buildings slated to be built off Middletown Boulevard to merge into a single structure that will have 10,000 feet of space.

To make way for a gas mane, the other proposed building near East Lincoln Highway will be shortened by a few feet.

The plan also calls for the addition of sidewalks and a driveway alignment along Middletown Boulevard.

The property was acquired by Northampton Township-based Rushen Properties in March 2018 and currently has no tenants.
