Unlike most children of politicians, Nikki Haley’s son, Nalin Haley, isn’t one to lay low.

 In fact, the Villanova University senior has been churning things up working the campaign trail for his presidential candidate mother, writes Victor Fiorillo for Philadelphia Magazine.

Though one anonymous person at the university described the political science major as “more charming than most guys on campus his age,” Nalin Haley has no problem dispensing some rhetoric on behalf of his mom.

In a Feb. 22, 2023, interview with The Villanovan, Haley said his mom strongly supported his decision to go to Villanova, and he’s been equally supportive of her decision to run for president.

That means sometimes getting in the game.

Nalin has referred to South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott as “Senator Judas” for backing Trump despite Nikki Haley appointing him to the Senate.

When Scott responded to Nalin’s remarks on Face the Nation, the Villanova senior hit back again.

“You can be upset by my comments all you want. But I haven’t said anything worse than what Trump has said about you while you’re on stage next to him, campaigning for him.”
