Mercy Alex has been recognized by the CCRES board of directors for her dedication and hard work as an HR recruiter.

“Mercy has a genuineness about her that shines through in everything she does,” reads a statement CCRES.

Alex first worked with CCRES as a Therapeutic Support Staff on an assignment for the CCIU Home and Community Services Program in 2018.

She was in this role until the COVID-19 pandemic hit, later returning to CCRES in 2022 to provide support as a billing clerk to the H&CS Program before transitioning to an HR Recruiter.

Alex has long had an interest in human services and helping others, with her interest in working with children starting in high school.

She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management with a minor in psychology before beginning her journey into working with children as an ABA Teacher’s Assistant Social Worker, Toddler Teacher and then finding her way to CCRES as a Therapeutic Support Staff member.

Alex began her HR Recruiter role in September 2022 and has quickly proven to be an invaluable team member.  Her compassion, positive attitude, and sense of humor have made her an excellent recruiter, helping her to connect with Behavior Health Technician candidates from the very first phone call.

Her genuineness shines through, whether it’s hiring a new Behavioral Health Technician or representing CCRES on the local news to promote careers in behavioral health.

Among her office colleagues, Alex is known to be an extremely hard worker, jumping in from day one to learn her role and provide support to the H&CS Program.

Since Alex joined the CCRES recruitment team, she has made an impact through both her work ethic and her positive, infectious energy.

Alex greets every day and every co-worker with an energetic smile and enthusiasm.  She approaches every candidate and employee with kindness and understanding.

Mercy Alex inspires new hires to join the CCRES team by sharing her love for fieldwork.

“We could not ask for a better team member to support Home and Community Services recruitment.  Mercy is a bright light who makes every day better working at CCRES!” the CCRES statement reads.
