Center City’s Urban Farmer is giving dog owners the chance to say “bone appetit” and take their furry friends to lunch with them, according to NBC 10 Philadelphia.

The steakhouse, known for its fresh ingredients, gives both humans and their pups a true farm-to-table…or farm-to-dog bowl experience.

“I love to soak up any dog time I can get,” says Sonny Ingui, a chef at Urban Farmer. Pet owners and their precious pups can dine on the patio or in a designated corner of the lounge.

Peckish pooches can start out with “pupetizers” which include bacon strips, a homemade dog biscuit or peanut butter and banana bowl.

Main courses are all served with white rice. Hungry hounds can chow down on grilled chicken breast, beef tenderloin bits, a puppy patty made from house-ground beef, or rice and beans.

To satisfy the sweet tooth, doggy desserts include Strawberry Banana frozen greek yogurt topped with dog biscuits.

If patrons do not have dogs of their own, they can apply for ACCT Philly‘s Doggy DayTrip program which allows volunteers to take shelter dogs out on the town.
