Meet Kristin Rosen, an HR recruiter for CCRES

Kristin Rosen is being recognized for her five years with CCRES and for her work as a HR recruiter.

Kristin Rosen is being recognized at CCRES in September for her work as an HR Recruiter.

Rosen hires staff for several CCRES positions, especially for the Chester County Intermediate Unit’s Home and Community Services and Adult Services programs.

“It is so rewarding to hire staff to support the individuals in these programs and others. I love meeting all of the amazing candidates and assisting them through our hiring process,” she said.

Kristin Rosen has been with CCRES for five years, starting as a personal care assistant in the Avon Grove School District.

She loved working with her client, watching her grow and thrive “in part thanks to the services I provided.”

She’s the proud mom of a son and daughter who are currently in college – one about to graduate from nursing school.

Rosen loves catching up with them during visits home or on campus.

You’ll also find her outdoors as an avid hiker, traveling a few hours away on weekends to hit trails in the mountains or near waterfalls.

“I try to get outdoors whenever I can and love to explore with friends,” she said.

Rosen is a volunteer with the therapeutic horseback riding program called Reins of Life in Landenberg, PA. The program serves children with special needs. When she can, she enjoys horseback riding herself.

“Kristin is an amazing colleague. She is exceptionally organized, has great attention to detail, is compassionate, and is a result-driven Recruiter.  We are privileged to have Kristin on our team,” said Thuy Yancey, SHRM-CP, coordinator of recruitment at CCRES.
