The remains of two murder victims, including a Delaware County musician, were found in the cemetery crypt.

A member of the outlawed Warlocks motorcycle gang was found guilty Tuesday of killing a gang recruit, David Rossillo, Jr., in 2017, at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Yeadon, then dumping the body in a crypt, writes Patrick Reilly for The New York Post.

Michael DiMauro, 51, was found guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy, and abuse of a corpse.

In April 2020, investigators found Rossillo’s body and the remains of Keith Palumbo, a 36-year-old Delaware County musician, in the crypt. Both were identified from DNA samples in August 2020.

DiMauro was arrested in September 2020.

Another Warlocks gang member, Michael DeLuca, was arrested in 2021 and pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in Palumbo’s slaying in January 2023.

Three other co-conspirators pleaded guilty for their roles in helping dispose of the bodies.

No motive has been found for either killing, according to District Attorney Larry Kasner’s office.

.“We are committed to bringing justice in cold cases like this,” Krasner said in a statement. “I believe that these convictions should send a message to any persons who think they can murder others and hide the evidence of their heinous crimes: We will solve these cases, and we will bring you to justice.”
