The Jason Kelce documentary "Kelce" started streaming Monday night.

A feature-length documentary on Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro Center Jason Kelce of Haverford will premiere Sept. 12 on Amazon’s streaming video service, writes John George for Philadelphia Business Journal.

“Kelce” follows the Eagles team captain during the 2022-23 season that ended with a Super Bowl appearance.

The documentary from Prime Video is described as “intimate and emotional”.

It covers Kelce’s decision whether or not to retire, his return for his 12th NFL season, the arrival of his third daughter, the debut of his podcast “New Heights” with his brother Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce, and his appearance at the Super Bowl.

“Jason Kelce has established himself as one of the most compelling and influential characters in sports, both on and off the field,” said Matt Newman, head of Prime Video Original sports content.

Prime Video produced the show in partnership with Skydance Sports, 9.14 Pictures, Vera Y Productions, and NFL Films.

Newman said the program “welcomes fans into the psyche of one of the greatest centers in the history of the league for what is arguably the wildest and most eventful season of his illustrious career.”
