Personal Care Administrator

Dunwoody Village seeks a dedicated and effective leader to serve as its Personal Care Administrator (PCA).

The Personal Care Administrator is responsible for advancing quality care and service for all residents in the personal care and memory support neighborhoods in the Dunwoody Village Care Center.

The PCA ensures compliance with all regulations, develops, revises, and implements policies and procedures and partners with residents, staff and families to ensure ongoing communication and quality care.

A successful candidate must have:

  • Current credentials as a Pennsylvania Personal Care Administrator with 3+ years’ experience in long-term care;
  • Working knowledge of all regulations with positive state survey outcomes;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to interact and develop trusting relationships with residents, staff, and families;
  • Exceptional resident assessment, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Demonstrated experience with Point Click Care (PCC) or similar medical records system;
  • The intrinsic ability and personal motivation to successfully lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals and positively communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and educational levels;
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with age-specific competencies of the geriatric population in a long-term care setting.

Fine Dining Supervisor

Dunwoody Village is seeking a full-time fine dining supervisor.

This supervisor will work with the Dining Room Manager and Assistant Dining Room Manager on the following:

  • Meal service and catering to residents and guests.
  • Assists the Dining Room Manager with training and supervising dining room staff as needed.
  • Works closely with the Dining Services management to identify training, scheduling, and retention needs.
  • Assures that the sanitation standards of the dining room are met.
  • Performs all functions required to provide courteous and effective service in the dining room.


Dunwoody Village has completed the renovations of all of our dining rooms and food service venues as part of a $24 million capital project and it is an exciting time to be part of our food service team! The completed project includes three brand-new dining venues and two state-of-the-art kitchens.

Our successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a dining supervisory role – experience in senior living is desirable but not required.
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional dining services to older adults.
  • Superb customer service and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills as you will interact with residents, family members, visitors, and all levels of management.
  • Experience interviewing potential new staff members.
  • ServSafe certification strongly preferred; ensures all sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Serves as the closing supervisor for the dining room and bar (as needed and on rotation with the other Dining Room and Bar Management)
  • This job requires working varied shifts – including some evenings, nights, and weekends, and participating in a holiday rotation.

Full-time Utility Worker

Dunwoody Village is currently seeking someone for a Full-Time Utility Worker. 

This position will work from 12 to 8 PM and is responsible for the cleanliness of all kitchen and dish room areas. This position will also be responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean and closed after the dinner shift and ready for the following day’s meal service.
