A 19th-century Malvern estate will soon hit the market, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The 8.8-acre property is part of Hunting Hill Farm. It has a Malvern address, but its technically in Willistown Township.

The property includes a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house and a two level “party barn,” a property feature that is all the rage on the Main Line. It’s expected to list for $4.465 million.

The barn has been the host of various fundraising events for the Willistown Conservation Trust. Its top floor can be used for games or exercising or any other form of entertainment to the next owner’s heart’s desires. The first floor includes a dining area, workout area, bar, ping-pong table, and pool table.

The property also comes with a saltwater pool, garden space for beekeeping, and a three-car detached garage. The house has gone through iterations of renovation and an updated top floor. In addition to all the amenities, the property is also rich in history.

The farm used to host horse shows, and its expansive land and connection to key trails make it very friendly to equestrians.

Showings will begin March 11.
