Diversity, equity and inclusion, environmental responsibility and social causes are being integrated into company cultures to attract workers.

Philadelphia Business Journal, partnering with Quantum Workplace, has identified 76 companies from across the region identified as Greater Philadelphia’s Best Places to Work in 2022.

There were 9 Delaware County companies that made the honorees list. They are:

Small (25-49 employees)

Evolution Financial Group in Media offers insurance, financial planning, investment management  and retirement income strategies.

Green Star Exteriors in Holmes provides and installs vinyl replacement windows, roofing, siding and doors.

Medium (50-99 employees)

Alera Group Philadelphia in Villanova is an independent, national insurance and financial services firm.

Arora Engineers in Chadds Ford is an engineering firm specializing in system infrastructure.

Meyer Design in Ardmore is an architecture and interior design firm.

Smart Park and Expresspark in Essington provide airport parking services.

Stephano Slack in Wayne is an accounting and tax advisory firm.

Large (100-499 employees)

Gallagher in Radnor is an insurance, risk management and consulting firm.

IMS Technology Services in Garnet Valley provides systems integration and event staging solutions.
