Malvern Bank Appoints Two New Executives, ‘Both Perfect Fits’ for Its Culture of Providing High-Level Service

Malvern Bank, National Association has appointed Sandra G.M. Selzer as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Susan Marshall as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources.

As General Counsel, Selzer will provide legal advice and strategies to Malvern’s Board of Directors and executive team.  

She has nearly two decades of experience as a corporate attorney, most recently serving as Associate In-House Counsel for developer Phoenix RHCS in Wilmington. She also previously served as Partner with MacElree Harvey and Senior Associate Attorney with Greenberg Traurig. 

As Director of Human Resources, Marshall will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in all areas of Human Resources throughout the organization. 

She has nearly two decades of experience as a senior human resources leader, including international oversight of human resource responsibilities. Most recently, she was Principal of her own consultancy, SB Marshall Services, where she served the needs of financial and investment services, biotech, chemical manufacturing, and construction firms. 

Marshall previously held a top HR management position for PeroxyChem, formerly an FMC Corporation company. Additionally, she was Director of Human Resources for De Lage Landen Financial Services and DLL Canada.
