Behavior Health Technician (BHT)

The Behavior Health Technician (BHT) position is a field employee position providing one-to-one emotional and behavioral interventions to children/adolescents in need of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS).

These professionals provide one-to-one assistance to children/adolescents with behavior disorders in a school, home, and community settings, based on medical needs of the client.

They provide prompt interventions in the areas of behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills, using the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst (Master’s Level Clinician).

BHTs also collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent.

The start rate for this role is $20 per hour.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Downingtown

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is a direct service (face-to-face) provider in the adult day program supporting consumers in community settings using a person-centered planning approach to assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills.

This position reports Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. to the Achieve Program, 150 E. Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 430, Downingtown. The role can accommodate flex schedules of two DSPs covering 2–3 days of the workweek. It also comes with 11 paid holidays.

Para-educator – Wayne

The Para-educator position supports children with special needs during the academic calendar year in small groups or individually in one of the following special education classroom settings: Autistic, Emotional, Instructional, Learning, and Life Skills.

This position includes 11 paid holidays and seven paid days off over its 10-month school-year window.
