Newtown Square Health Company Founder Buys Florida Mansion for $10 Million

A company controlled by Dr. Joseph R. Zebrowitz, founder of Versalus Health in Newtown Square, has bought a waterfront mansion in Florida for $10 million, writes Brian Bandell for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Versalus Health is a Medicare payment and compliance company. Versalus Health uses data-driven solutions to help health providers manage their revenue cycle.

 Dr. Zebrowitz is founder and president.

The mansion is located in Key Biscayne, Florida. It was sold by MER Key Biscayne Holdings LLC to Eton Bay Partners LLC, managed by Zebrowitz’s family trust.

The 8,727 square-foot home at 760 Harbor Drive was built on an 18,212 square-foot lot in 1998. It last sold for $10.2 million, purchased by Miami developer Edgardo Defortuna.

The home has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a pool, an elevator, a gym, a summer kitchen, a library and a dock.  It lies along a lagoon off Biscayne Bay.

Zebrowtiz previously founded Executive Health Resources. He is also a managing partner of Devon Hill Capital Partners. He sits on the board of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia
