Michael G. DeFino of DeFino Law Associates has joined Lamb McErlane in its Newtown Square location.

DeFino is the latest addition that bolsters Lamb McErlane’s growing practice. The firm recently merged with Imperatrice, Amarant & Bell, a well-established litigation and corporate law firm in Newtown Square.

DeFino is an experienced trial practitioner focusing primarily on estate planning and administration, elder law, and bar admissions. He has handled hundreds of cases in district, county, state, and federal courts before judges and juries.

DeFino was a long-time member of the Widener University Board of Trustees (Executive Committee) and currently is an Honorary Trustee. He was previously the Chairman of the Widener University Law School Board of Overseers (now Board of Advisors), where he is still a member. He is also a Chairman for the Delaware County Board of View.

“We welcome Mike and his extensive legal knowledge and network,” said Joel L. Frank, Chairman of Lamb McErlane. “He has had a long-standing presence in the community and a very extensive and loyal client base.”
