It’s Easier Than Ever to Find a COVID-19 Testing Site in Delaware County

There are now many places where Delaware County residents can get COVID-19 testing and a new interactive map will help you find the testing site closest to you.

Just zero in on your location or type in your address and the map will reveal which test sites are nearby, along with site addresses, distance from your address, and directions.  The map will also provide links for additional information about testing criteria and instructions for each site, if available.

Some sites currently operating or in development include:

Mainline Health, offering drive-through testing at its Newtown Square location. Testing is for residents with a provider’s prescription and an appointment, according to the Delaware County website.

Mercy Catholic Medical Center-Mercy Fitzgerald Campus is also offering testing for patients of the medical staff or hospital.

Prospect Holdings, the owner of Crozer-Chester Medical Center and several other Delaware County hospitals, is developing a plan for drive-through testing. For information about COVID-19 and available testing at Prospect Holdings facilities, click here.

Rite Aid is testing residents over the age of 18 who have an appointment.  To schedule an COVID-19 testing appointment with Rite Aid visit their website here.

Several testing sites are also available through CVS. Like Rite Aid, pre-registration online is required. Both sites are free of charge. Click here to find CVS testing locations and to book and appointment.

University of Pennsylvania is offering testing at its Radnor site. Co-pays and deductibles are not charged, and uninsured residents are not charged a fee. Testing sites through University of Pennsylvania are here.
