Customer s Success Management Expert

This position sponsors strategic initiatives and/or established operational areas by driving content development and change management; defines the vision and expected outcome of assigned areas; and evaluates customer feedback and drives follow-up activities to enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline;  five years of experience in data warehousing, SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP Lumira, and project management; and experience with business process analysis.

Associate Consultant – Development

This position supports and participates in SAP customer implementations through participating in the design, implementation, operation and upgrade phases of the SAP solution; provides technical product experience, guidance, and instruction; and builds credible relationships with peers and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess six months to three years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment; prior experience involving client/customer interaction; and development experience in one or more programming/scripting languages like Java, ABAP, HTML5, or PHP, among others.

Business Development Specialist

This position assists in the development of new business strategies, conducts market analysis, and drives innovation initiatives; conducts intelligence gathering on customers and competitors; and organizes and supports innovation initiatives, projects, or major parts of strategy execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline; three years of customer service delivery and consulting experience; and experience in the IT market in North America, including SAAS / Cloud business model and go to market.
