This position manages a team of developers responsible for web and mobile applications development and design; assists with the development and execution of the IT strategic plan; and participates in departmental budget preparation while assuming responsibility for managing team specific items.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in management information systems or computer science; a minimum of five years of experience with applications development including at least two years of mobile application development experience; and experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.

Service Delivery Manager

This position reports and reviews the current performance of services; presents service performance and metrics data in a way that is understandable, actionable, and adds value; and oversees the daily production schedule across all platforms, including prioritization and resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information systems; 10 to 15 years of experience in IT service management and operations; three to five years of management experience; and five to 10 years of supplier relationship management.

Business Analyst – SAP Materials Management

This position performs system analysis, design, and configuration; identifies gaps and works with the technical team in developing functional specs; tests and evaluates new LE and SD/MM computer system functionality; and provides production support for existing processes in SAP SD/MM and LE.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science and/or business; two to three years of experience in an IT systems analysis function working with end-users; and two full life cycle SAP implementations.
