During February, Child Guidance Resource Centers will be the recipient of give back programs at an Acme and Giant supermarket in our community.

This will be the second time Child Guidance has been chosen for this honor at the Giant store, 116 W. Township Line Road in Havertown, joining the Giant Bags 4 My Cause program in February.

Acme, at 1305 West Chester Pike in Havertown has selected Child Guidance for its Acme Give Back Where it Counts program.

In both programs, Child Guidance receives $1 from the sale of every reusable bag purchased at each store.

The bags at Giant are $2.50. The bags at Acme are $3.00. Each bag purchase will help Child Guidance provide critical mental health care right in our community.

Child Guidance Resource Centers is a nonprofit organization based in Havertown that provides services in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.

They have been helping children and families in Southeastern Pennsylvania for over 63 years, providing mental health services to those struggling with autism, anxiety, ADHD, learning disabilities, depression, developmental disabilities, trauma and truancy.
