Child Guidance Resource Centers will hold its 6th Annual Giving Tuesday event Tuesday, Dec. 3.

This year’s initiative, #iGivehope, encourages donations that will bring hope to children and families by enabling Child Guidance to continue helping those most in need.

“Going there every week and talking, it has made me the best ‘me’ I could possibly be,” said one client, Theresa. “(At Child Guidance) you have resources. People who can help you.”

Insurance payments do not cover the cost of providing these life-changing therapies. Monies raised on Giving Tuesday are used to bridge the gap between cost and reimbursements for evidence-based, proven therapies.

The need to support mental health is crucial. Each year, Child Guidance’s supports over 9,600 children and families with 24 programs across five counties.

Their services help with all kinds of mental health challenges:  autism, anxiety, ADHD, learning disabilities, depression, developmental disabilities, trauma and even truancy.

Donor support is needed to sustain programs.  When you give a gift to Child Guidance, you change lives and strengthen our communities.

Donations can be made by clicking here.
