Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

This position develops and produces written tactical and strategic intelligence reports constructed from analysis of developing cyber events; contributes to daily and weekly updates for distribution to appropriate teams; and supports the development and enrichment of indicators of compromise.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or information systems; experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources; and experience with scripting languages, including Python and PowerShell.

Federal and M&A Income Tax Manager

This position prepares and reviews quarterly income tax provisions; analyzes M&A transactions; prepares, reviews and files federal proformas; supports federal tax audits, including information gathering, researching federal tax issues, and corresponding with taxing authorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA or MST; five to seven years of tax provision/M&A experience in public accounting and/or at a medium to large corporation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and a strong background in tax accounting, M&A, and research.

IT Business Services Principal Consultant

This position oversees major incident escalation efforts from start to finish; re-establishes services by cross-departmental coordination of internal units and relevant third parties; separates service restoration from root cause analyses; and oversees technical process delivery, goals, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience, including five years of experience in IT infrastructure functions; experience working in global/multi-cultural environments; and the ability to manage complex and highly situational cases.
