Real Estate Accountant

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of all assigned operating real estate assets, serving as an accounting contact for property management, leasing, and senior management, as well as managing a defined periodic reporting process for these assets.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with a major, or course concentration, in accounting.

Facilities Technician

This position performs skilled maintenance, including carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, high-rise HVAC, pneumatic and digital controls; oversees installation, repairs, and daily maintenance of buildings; and performs effective emergency maintenance as required, both during work hours and on call.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five to seven years of related field experience within a high-rise facility; knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC equipment; and knowledge of fire life safety equipment.
