Career Services Specialist

This position distributes, synthesizes, analyzes, and generates reports from the results of the Graduate survey; helps post jobs and market positions via Handshake and Quad Jobs; and coordinates logistics and secures employers for all on-campus recruitment events, including networking nights.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, counseling, or a related discipline; three to five years of business and/or higher education experience; and excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Financial Aid Counselor

This position counsels students and families regarding all aspects of financial aid, including procedures for applying for aid; assists in the verification of all information supplied on the student’s aid application; and processes private and alternative loans, as well as Direct Loans.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and one to three years of experience in a busy office setting; experience in a financial aid office; knowledge of current financing options for higher education; and experience with PHEAA or other financial aid software.

Vice President for Enrollment Management

This position provides leadership, motivation, coordination, and support for the planning and implementation of the university’s enrollment strategies; and is responsible for meeting established goals in undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, and retention.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a discipline relevant to admissions, recruitment, marketing, and retention in higher education; seven years of admissions, financial aid, and/or retention experience in higher education; and working knowledge of administrative software systems.
