Traffic Coordinator/Project Coordinator

This position owns, monitors, and manages a heavy volume of incoming requests; manages at-risk and late projects for creative leadership; collaborates and communicates effectively to track, disseminate information, and deliver projects on target; and maintains project templates.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, graphic design, or a similar discipline; a minimum of three years of experience working in an in-house marketing, creative department, or similar; and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Global Electronic Distribution Analyst

This position troubleshoots issues, makes decisions on the best course of action, implements a resolution, and follows up to ensure it is successful; manages the development of new connectivity features; and completes connectivity processes for new hotels as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and travel industry experience; online channel manager or extranet knowledge or experience; familiarity with online travel agencies; project management experience; and Spanish language fluency.

Accounting Associate

This position prepares and consolidates monthly benchmarking from the financial reports of all hotels; tracks local and travel expenses charged against the marketing provision; and reconciles the amounts on marketing invoices prepared by the accounts receivable department.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and one to three years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience; knowledge of GAAP, SAP, Outlook, and MS Office; and excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
