Promotions and Events Coordinator

This position coordinates and executes all entertainment offerings in accordance with regulatory approvals; maintains the entertainment budget; supervises on-call promotions representatives; and maintains records, charts, and graphs of entertainment on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline; knowledge of casino operations and casino customer programs; promotion/event planning and general hosting experience; and an upbeat and positive personality.

Track Announcer

This position calls races in an accurate, entertaining style that clearly describes each event’s developments and conclusion; promptly makes all announcements to patrons as required by state law and track policy; and serves a before- and/or between-races broadcast simulcast host.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience as a racetrack announcer, including two years of harness track experience; excellent communications, interpersonal, and customer relations experience; and strong organizational and administrative skills.

Racebook Supervisor

This position serves as a dynamic and energetic leader while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication; develops and maintains the on-track simulcast business; assists in all evening promotions and special events; and promotes outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; significant understanding of and exposure to pari-mutuel operations; and excellent analytical, interpersonal, communications, customer service, and leadership skills.
