Travel Advisor

This position identifies, solicits, engages, and qualifies potential customers; makes strong travel recommendations based on knowledge and expertise; plans full day-by-day logistics for clients; and creates and maintains client data and information with CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent geography skills and will be well traveled with intimate knowledge of destinations, properties, and suppliers; GSD or Sabre experience; and excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills.

Client Reception & Concierge

This position manages the reception, lobby, and meeting areas; greets all clients, suppliers, etc. who walk through the door and provides welcome drinks and assistance; assists with supplier visits; and updates the company’s website, social media feeds, and intranet.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma with some college coursework; experience in the travel and/or tourism or hospitality industries; excellent networking, relationship building, marketing, and customer service skills; and proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
