Williamson College of the Trades in Media is one of a small number of colleges nationwide that offer all of its students a tuition-free education, writes Doug Whiteman for Yahoo! News.

According to the College Board, these types of colleges give students the option of receiving a good education while saving them from having to pay what was an average of $35,830 in tuition and fees during the 2018-2019 academic year.

Instead, Williamson College of the Trades is an all-male junior vocational college that provides all of its students with a full scholarship that covers everything from tuition and books to room and board.

Williamson’s programs of study include carpentry, machine tool technology, paint and coatings technology, and more.

Currently, the three-year junior college has around 265 students who are studying for their associate degrees and craftsman diplomas. Also, as part of their studies, all of the students have to live on campus and abide by the school’s code of conduct.
