Substance Abuse Counselor

This position interviews newly admitted inmates and detainees and develops detailed knowledge of assigned cases; inspects units for cleanliness and adherence to security practices; and monitors inmate/detainee work details to ensure appropriate assignments are filled.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline; experience working in a correctional setting; and the ability to be flexible, cooperative, and empathetic to the needs of staff and inmates/detainees.

Medical Records Clerk

This position files medical records; maintains both active and inactive files; prepares monthly statistics and reports as assigned; and provides records as requested by health providers and administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year of experience in an established medical records system; good grammar and spelling skills; and solid organizational and communication skills.

Executive Secretary

This position organizes office operations and procedures for the efficient flow of work within the administrative office; performs advanced clerical and administrative duties; performs HR-type duties, including disseminating corporate policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of five years of experience in a responsible, administrative secretarial position or related field; and proficiency with general PC application software products, including Microsoft Office.
