Director of Enrollment Information Systems
This position oversees all reporting, data analysis, decision support, and predictive modeling in support of the strategic enrollment plan; ensures effectiveness and efficiency of enrollment management services; and provides product management and implementation support.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and knowledge of higher education, enrollment management, admissions, financial assistance, and data systems; experience with data analysis and data visualization tools; and strong planning and project leadership skills.

Contract and Grants Accountant
This position performs daily contract, grant, and research accounting duties; reviews contract proposals to private and governmental entities for compliance; reviews contract grant budgets; and prepares various governmental agencies’ quarterly financial reports.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and three years of experience in contract or grant accounting; extensive familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing software; and strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Purchasing – Procurement Specialist
This position oversees the overall purchasing function of the university by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of purchases; preparing purchase orders and bid requests; and reviewing bid proposals and negotiating contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of procurement experience; excellent analytical, computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills; and the ability to work independently, effectively solve problems, and collaborate with other employees.
