This position operates the switchboard and directs calls efficiently; greets and directs residents and visitors; distributes training schedules each month and informs manager of sign-ups by staff; and makes bi-weekly work schedules for all staff and keeps manager apprised of staffing changes.

Security and EMS Manager

This position oversees the security of the community through the use of gatehouse, patrols, access control, key management, and other programs; completes thorough and complete incident investigations; and ensures the setup of an emergency response program for the community.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, emergency management, or a related discipline; a minimum of three years of experience in an SES management role; and a minimum of one year of experience in an emergency responder role.

Registered Nurse

This position uses assessment skills to differentiate normal changes of aging from the pathology of chronic disease; uses skilled interventions as ordered to provide symptom management and relief; and identifies and articulates issues to be referred to corporate risk management staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a licensed nursing program and Pennsylvania RN licensure; related long-term care/assisted living experience; current CPR certification; and good computer skills.
