Account Manager Senior

This position builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients at all levels within the company; uses appropriate resources to address clients’ risk/capital management needs; and prepares and negotiates fee-based pricing of services.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of client coordination and/or claims management experience; a professional designation such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM; excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to quickly diagnose critical issues.

Producer Lead

This position produces revenue through sales to new and existing clients with an emphasis on larger companies; participates in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel; and assists, educates, and develops other staff members in new client sales situations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of related experience; appropriate insurance licensing and professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM; and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Claims Specialist Senior

This position handles the most challenging claims issues while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of claims forms; investigates coverage questions and problems; and works closely with clients, producers, client service staff, and insurance carriers to resolve complex problems.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and a minimum of five years of related professional experience; a good understanding of claims processing and the insurance brokerage business; and the appropriate licensing.
