Business Analyst

This position is responsible for documenting process and technology changes in an organization and advising and guiding clients during identification, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of challenges adversely impacting operating performance, with emphasis on the financial close process and financial and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of consulting experience; a minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce CRM; and experience in leading CRM teams or guiding businesses to make critical decisions.

Software Architect

This position participates in requirements-gathering activities; designs, builds, tests, and launches custom, responsive .NET solutions; and works with clients to develop business requirements, document existing processes, and build the appropriate software solution within the .NET toolset.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of consulting or related software development experience; experience with Agile development; and a background in consulting.

Senior Consultant

This position documents process and technology changes in an assigned organization and expertly advises and guides clients; assists with identification, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of challenges; and assists with project management, including PMO reporting and status activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree; strong business acumen and two to seven years of business experience; knowledge of IT strategy and architecture services; and excellent oral and written presentation skills.
