Claims Adjuster

This position provides independent determinations of coverage for submitted claims; performs complete and thorough reviews of medical records; communicates with treating veterinarians; and works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of high level experience as a veterinary technician in a vet clinic; a CVT or equivalent; and a comprehensive understanding of disease processes and veterinary medical terminology.

Happiness Manager (Customer Satisfaction Representative)

This position handles a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications to full completion; empathizes and provides guidance to future customers and current policyholders; and troubleshoots enquiries and directs them to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing position; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, and Internet browsers; outstanding customer service skills; and experience working in a call center environment.

Optimization Analyst

This position helps update and analyze critical reporting to improve user experience and increase customer traffic; helps execute site tests using the company’s A/B testing tool; helps with site updates; and works across the marketing team to provide data for all digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience with site analytics tools and site testing; experience with digital marketing channels, including e-mail, SEO, SEM, and retargeting; and strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret large data sets.
