The Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce invites both public and private high school students to its annual Career Awareness Fair today, Nov. 15, from 9 AM-2 PM at Delaware County Community College.

This event provides an opportunity for local businesses to share information with students on the education, training requirements, salary range, and workplace expectations to be employed in a variety of career fields. The fair will have up to 30 exhibitor tables and three career focus presentations.

Some of the local businesses that will be represented include: Barsz, Gowie, Amon & Fultz, LLC; Brinker, Simpson & Co.; Chester County Economic Development Council; Crozer-Keystone Health System; KML Carpenters Union; Delaware County Community College; Delaware County Technical High School; Exelon; Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union; Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital; Monroe Energy; and Drexelbrook Corporate & Special Events Center.
