The residents of Dunwoody Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Newtown Square, enjoy rich and active lives.

With an array of daily programs to keep them busy, there’s never a dull moment at Dunwoody.

On a given day, there might be a jazz trio, a guest speaker, a trip to a local museum, a Tai Chi class, or a French language immersion dinner. There’s truly something for everyone.

With the holidays quickly approaching, Dunwoody’s talented artisans have been busy crafting the treasures that will be on sale at the community’s Holiday Bazaar on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 9 AM-3 PM.

The much-anticipated event is free to attend.

The sale features floral arrangements, handbags, jewelry, birdhouses, Christmas decorations, toys, and more, all made by Dunwoody residents.

“We have all mediums represented: painting, woodworking, fabric art, and others,” Lucy Irwin, Holiday Bazaar Chair, told Chester County Life magazine. “It’s staggering.”

With customizable living spaces spread across the 83 beautifully landscaped acres, Dunwoody offers its residents unparalleled comfort, award-winning healthcare and rehabilitation, and a vibrant lifestyle.
