Brand Manager

This position drives the execution of organization and brand strategy efforts, including a brand ambassador program and strategy; prepares presentation materials to support functional work; and provides support for meetings, trainings, seminars, and activities for department, with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and media partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline; five years of experience working in marketing, communications, or brand management; and graphic design experience or knowledge.

Program Manager – Adult Work Center

This position manages the daily operations of assigned adult day support services, including budget management, client billing, and regulatory compliance; supervises and ensures appropriate in-service and training to staff; and oversees the development and implementation of program plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and five years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities; two years of supervisory experience; and knowledge and experience in program design, including program plan development and implementation.

Adult Aging Case Manager

This position completes required documentation, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; reviews individual support plans with direct care staff to ensure understanding and implementation; provides informal counseling to individuals as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in special education, psychology, social work, or a related discipline; one year of experience working directly with persons with disabilities; and knowledge of the program’s regulations, including 2380 and 2390.
